1.1 You, while registering with BacktoHarmony for availing the Services offered by the Company confirm that You are i) an Individual of 18 years of age, ii) a organization (“Organization”), duly organized, validly existing and in good standing under the laws of the state and are fully able and competent to enter into the Terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, warranties set forth in the Terms, and to abide by and comply with the Terms stated therein.

(ii) At present, the Services are limited to the BacktoHarmony Platform. However, the Company reserves the right to expand the services or to introduce new features or services at its sole discretion.
